Rosie Hanson's sister, Cindy, has been dismissed from the hospital and is back at the Monte Vista.

Please remember to pray for Ricky Ray. He is recovering from cancer surgery and will begin radiation treatments soon. Justin Rodriquez, 12 year old who has a inoperable brain tumor. Johnny Burch, husband of Trina (Valdez) Burch from University Church of Christ, has been diagnosed with cancer. Katrina Brennan (Blake's mother) has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. FELLOWSHIP LUNCHEON —
There will be a Fellowship Luncheon this Sunday, October 8, following morning worship service in the Fellowship Room.
SUNDAY CLASSES —
Our Sunday 5 o'clock classes will begin this Sunday, October 8. Ladies and girls will have a combined class. The study will be "Faith Is the Victory" A Study of 1 & 2 Corinthians.
NEW LADIES CLASS —
Ladies, please remember the new Ladies Bible Class on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 a.m. Different ladies will lead the class. Our study is "Santified" Set Apart For A Purpose! A Study Of 1 & 2 Peter.
MONDAY CLASS —
A class on the study of the book "One Word" will be from 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. each Monday evening at the Patterson home. The address is 5304 S.W. Dove Creek Blvd.
LAWTON LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE —
There will be a Lawton Leadership Conference at 8th and Lee November 10 & 11. On Saturday, November 10, it will be for Elders, Deacons and Preachers from 6 – 9:00 p.m. Dinner will be provided. Then on Saturday, November 11, from 8:00 – 1:00 p.m. it will be for all men. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.
